# Fiber correspondence table

The instrument is the same as before 2022/Jun, but the FoV was rotated by 90 deg in 2022/Jul. Therefore, we turned the map by 90 deg and corrected the East-West direction. The updated kools_ifu_red.py is here. With an instrumental rotator offset of 0 degree, KOOLS-IFU should be close to having its columns and rows along NS and EW directions, respectively. KOOLS-IFU has 110 fibres. Because the sky fibers used in the previous version are unavailable now, they are excluded from this map.

KOOLS-IFU array alignment: With an instrumental rotator offset of 0 degree, KOOLS-IFU should be close to having its columns and rows along NS and EW directions, respectively. KOOLS-IFU has 117 fibres; 110 fibres are mainly for science targets and the remaining fibres C1-7 are for the sky. In practice, the sky field is approximately 3.8 arcmin away from the science target field.
